This innovative framework integrates cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, Robotics, and the Metaverse with core educational principles, aiming to empower both creators and learners. Its foundation is built on three key competencies: Responsible Citizen Competencies, Digital Twin Technology Competencies, and Co-Creation Competencies. Each of these competencies plays a vital role in ensuring that learners are actively engaged and not just passive recipients of information. The framework’s learning journey is carefully structured, progressing through Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. This progression is thoughtfully designed to develop a deep understanding and practical skills tailored to the evolving technological landscapes, ensuring that learners are well-equipped for future challenges and opportunities.
